For companies

Our services

Services for Brazilian companies that want to enter Italy and the European Union and for Italian companies that want to enter Brazil.

From the first diagnosis of a product to setting up a company in Italy, every service has a defined scope, timeframe and deliverables.

All our work draws on the intelligence we produce in the Chamber's Observatory.

Percorso di Allineamento Strategico

Full preparation for the market

The PAS prepares the company to enter the target market before the first commercial contact, in both directions: from Brazil to Italy and the European Union, and from Italy to Brazil.

The pathway is designed both for companies still assessing their entry and for those that have already decided to move forward.

From Brazil to Italy and the EU

PAS Italy

The service lets a Brazilian company prepare to enter the Italian and European market, with the Chamber's own methodology, geared to executive decision-making.
The pathway starts with the preliminary market analysis of the product or service and continues with 7 executive sessions.
Then the company draws up the business plan and the go-to-market plan with the Chamber's methodological support, and the Chamber validates them at the end of the pathway.

For whom
Brazilian companies (SMEs and start-ups) assessing or preparing their entry into Italy and the European Union.
Deadlines
  • Preliminary market analysis: 10 working days.
  • Self-paced: independent study of the 7 sessions, with material provided by the Chamber.
  • Assisted: 7 classroom sessions, remote or in person, with a qualified tutor, of about 1.5 to 2 hours each.
Then, in both formats, the company draws up the business plan and the go-to-market plan, which the Chamber validates.
In the Assisted format, the pathway ends with the negotiation simulation.
The total time ranges roughly from 1 to 3 months from delivery of the analysis, depending on the format chosen and the weekly frequency of the sessions, agreed with the company according to its needs.
What it includes
  • Preliminary market analysis of the product or service, carried out by the Chamber in 10 working days: demand, prices, channels and intermediaries, competitors and market access conditions
  • 7 executive sessions: the Italian market, market access, rules and institutions, sustainability, technology, business model and negotiation, presence in Italy
  • Self-paced: independent study of the 7 sessions, with the material provided by the Chamber on a platform, within 90 days and with the participants the company chooses
  • Assisted: the same 7 sessions in a classroom, remote or in person, led by a qualified Chamber tutor, of about 1.5 to 2 hours each, applying the topics to the company's case, at a weekly frequency agreed with the company
  • Written answers to questions that arise during the sessions
  • Methodological support to develop and consolidate the business plan and the go-to-market plan, starting from a guided template
  • Final workshop to share the plans, and validation of the final version by the Chamber in a dedicated session, with a report of observations by level of criticality
  • In the Assisted format, a final negotiation simulation with Chamber professionals playing the buyers, followed by a debriefing
  • 12 months as a member of the Chamber
  • CEO interview in the Brasilidade Empresarial newsletter and presentation of the project to the Chamber's community
  • Certificate of participation at the end of the pathway

The PAS Qualification is an additional service that can be purchased separately, in both formats.
At the end of the pathway, the Chamber writes the qualification report against criteria communicated at the start and, if the outcome is positive, lists the company for 24 months in the italbraX Register of qualified companies.

The service makes it possible to identify the public incentives and subsidised funding the company can obtain in Italy, the EU or Brazil for its project, with the Chamber's support up to the application.
