The Chamber brings together people whose careers complement one another in innovation, institutional relations, regulation, digital transformation and ecosystem development across Brazil, Italy and Europe.

Fabiana Di Pietro

Founder, President and CEO

An Italian-Brazilian senior executive with more than twenty years in leadership roles in innovation, institutional relations and global operations across Brazil, the United States and Europe. Over her career she has opened, built and consolidated international operations in the United States and in Italy, contributing directly to the expansion of Brazilian companies in global markets and guiding positioning and international growth. She served as Executive Vice-President of the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of the Southeast, helping to strengthen bilateral economic relations.

At the Chamber, as Founder, President and CEO, she is responsible for strategic direction, overall leadership and institutional representation. She works at the intersection of the public and private sectors, with particular focus on strategic cooperation, institutional dialogue and building international connections of real value.

Ugo DeLuca

Lawyer and Co-founder of the Chamber

A lawyer and professor of Administrative Law and Public Contracts at the Italian National School of Administration (SNA), and a visiting professor at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.

A specialist in administrative law, regulation and energy, he works with Italian and European institutions on public policy and regulatory governance, with particular focus on the legal structuring of projects financed by European and multilateral funds.

Leopoldo Tranquilli

Managing Director

A senior executive at the TIM Group for over thirty years, in Italy and in Brazil. He led work on digital transformation and innovation, procurement, marketing and product development, go-to-market and the management of business ecosystems.

He is responsible for the operational and technical-strategic management of the Chamber's initiatives and for developing its content, including the Observatory's publications, the Chamber's strategic intelligence hub, and institutional and methodological materials. He is also responsible for the technology platform and for coordinating and running the PAS, the Percorso di Allineamento Strategico.

The Chamber's day-to-day core consists of the three permanent roles described above, with the contribution of volunteers and interns.

Around that core sits a wider network of expertise, made up of professionals, specialists and institutional partners, called upon according to the needs of each project and initiative.

This model brings together complementary knowledge, experience and contributions, strengthening the ecosystem while respecting the role of each actor.
