The Chamber helps choose the most suitable form of presence, S.r.l., innovative startup, branch or representative office; prepares, where needed, the file for the Italia Startup Visa or for registration as an innovative startup; coordinates the notary, accountant and bank, engaged by the company from the professionals in the Chamber's network; and handles the legal representative's formalities: codice fiscale, PEC and digital signature.
Tax and corporate deeds and opinions remain the responsibility of licensed professionals, engaged directly by the company.
